Welcome to Bundlee. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing any of our products or services.
By purchasing, accessing, activating, or using any product or service from Bundlee, you agree to this Refund Policy in full.
1. Refund Window
Bundlee offers a 7-day refund policy from the original date of purchase.
A refund request may only be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase, and only if the conditions in this policy are fully met.
2. Eligibility for Refund
A refund request will only be considered if:
the request is made within 7 days of purchase, and
the product or service has not been used, accessed, activated, downloaded, delivered, shared, resold, or consumed in any form
3. No Refund Conditions
You will not be eligible for any refund in the following cases:
the refund request is made after 7 days from the date of purchase
you have used any of our digital products
you have accessed or used any of our services
you have downloaded, activated, logged into, or consumed any product or service provided by Bundlee
you have sold, resold, shared, transferred, or provided any of our products or services to your clients or any third party
you changed your mind after purchase
you failed to read or understand the product or service details before buying
you are unable to use the product due to your own device, browser, internet, software, account, server, or technical limitations not caused by Bundlee
the issue is caused by your misuse, policy violation, negligence, unauthorized activity, or third-party restrictions
4. Nature of Digital Products and Services
Bundlee mainly deals in digital products, software, software panels, subscriptions, access-based products, AI tools, digital services, reseller resources, and online services.
Because these are digital in nature, once any product or service is used, accessed, activated, delivered, downloaded, or shared, it becomes non-returnable and non-refundable.
5. Reselling / Client Sales
If you purchase any Bundlee product or service and:
sell it to your own clients,
resell it in any form,
share it commercially,
transfer access,
or use it for client delivery,
then you will not be eligible for any refund.
Once a Bundlee product or service has been sold or provided to your clients, it will be treated as fully used, and no return or refund will be allowed, even if the refund request is made within 7 days.
6. Sales Made During the 7-Day Refund Period
If you make any sales, receive any client payment, generate revenue, or commercially benefit in any way from Bundlee’s software, AI tools, panels, services, or digital products during the 7-day period, and then request a refund, Bundlee reserves the right to:
reject the refund request,
treat the product or service as commercially used,
reduce or deny the refundable amount,
and, where applicable and legally permitted, recover or claim the relevant sale amount, usage value, or dues arising from such commercial use
If you have already sold our software, tools, or services to any client, you will not be eligible for any refund.
7. After 7 Days
Once 7 days have passed from the date of purchase, no return and no refund will be provided under any circumstances.
This applies to all products, services, digital access, software panels, reseller-related services, AI tools, subscriptions, and any other offerings provided by Bundlee.
8. Bundlee’s Right to Modify Products and Services
Bundlee reserves the full right, at any time and without prior notice, to:
add, remove, replace, suspend, discontinue, update, modify, or restrict any software,
add, remove, replace, suspend, discontinue, update, modify, or restrict any AI tools,
change features, access, limits, plans, integrations, availability, pricing structure, or service format,
and revise any part of its products, bundles, panels, services, or digital offerings as required for business, technical, compliance, maintenance, or operational reasons
Such additions, removals, modifications, suspensions, or replacements shall not by themselves create any right to refund, return, compensation, or damages.
9. Downtime and Service Availability
Bundlee provides software, AI tools, digital services, and access-based products. By their nature, such products and services may experience:
maintenance periods,
server issues,
provider-side interruptions,
third-party downtime,
updates,
technical failures,
integration issues,
access delays,
feature changes,
temporary suspension,
or unexpected outages
By purchasing from Bundlee, you acknowledge and agree that downtime may occur.
Bundlee makes no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free service. Downtime may range from a minimum of 24 hours up to a maximum of 90 hours, depending on the issue, maintenance need, provider delay, or technical situation.
Such downtime, temporary unavailability, or service interruption shall not qualify you for a refund, return, compensation, chargeback, or damages.
10. Refund Review and Verification
All refund requests are subject to review and verification by Bundlee.
Bundlee reserves the right to:
verify order details,
verify payment records,
verify service or product usage,
check access history,
check activation, delivery, or login status,
check commercial use, resale, or client delivery activity,
and reject any refund request that does not meet this policy
Any false, misleading, incomplete, abusive, or fraudulent refund request may be rejected immediately.
11. Processing of Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved, the amount will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
Actual credit time may vary depending on the payment gateway, bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or other payment service provider.
12. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If a customer files a chargeback, payment dispute, reversal, or complaint through a bank, gateway, card provider, UPI app, or payment processor without first contacting Bundlee support, Bundlee reserves the right to:
suspend access to all active services,
terminate related accounts,
block future purchases,
deny further support,
recover losses, dues, or costs where legally permitted,
and contest the dispute using available order, payment, access, and usage records
13. Right to Refuse Refund
Bundlee reserves the full and final right to refuse any refund request if:
the request falls outside the 7-day refund period
the product or service has been used in any manner
the product or service has been accessed, activated, downloaded, or delivered
the product or service has been sold, resold, or shared with clients or third parties
any revenue or business benefit has been generated using our software, tools, services, or AI tools
the request is false, abusive, manipulative, fraudulent, or against our terms
the issue arises from downtime, maintenance, third-party problems, policy changes, or technical limitations already covered by this policy
14. Commercial Use and Recovery Rights
Where permitted by applicable law, Bundlee reserves the right to deny the refund, reduce the refundable amount, set off dues, claim compensation, or recover applicable amounts arising from:
unauthorized resale,
client delivery,
commercial exploitation,
revenue generation,
policy abuse,
or business benefit obtained through Bundlee’s products or services
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bundlee shall not be liable for any:
indirect loss,
incidental loss,
special loss,
consequential loss,
loss of profits,
business interruption,
client disputes,
opportunity loss,
service interruption,
temporary downtime,
third-party restrictions,
or technical damages
arising from the use of, inability to use, suspension of, modification of, removal of, or refusal of refund for any Bundlee product or service.
Bundlee’s total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the specific product or service in dispute.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Refund Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Refund Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Insert Your City / State].
17. No Waiver
Failure by Bundlee to enforce any part of this Refund Policy at any time shall not be considered a waiver of its right to enforce the same or any other provision later.
18. Severability
If any provision of this Refund Policy is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Bundlee reserves the right to modify, update, revise, or replace this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
The latest version published by Bundlee shall apply from its effective date. Continued use of Bundlee’s products or services after any update shall constitute acceptance of the revised policy.
