6. Refund Policy

Bundlee follows a 7-day refund policy only.

A refund request may be considered only if made within 7 days of purchase and only if the product or service has not been used, accessed, activated, downloaded, delivered, or sold further.

No refund will be provided:

  • after 7 days from the date of purchase,

  • if any digital product or service has been used,

  • if any product or service has been sold, resold, or provided to clients,

  • if access has already been granted,

  • if the issue is caused by user-side misuse or misunderstanding.

By purchasing from Bundlee, you accept this refund condition.

7. No Return on Digital Products

Because Bundlee mainly provides digital products and services, all delivered, accessed, activated, or used products are non-returnable.

Once a digital product or service is delivered or used in any form, it cannot be returned.

8. Reselling and Client Use

If you purchase a product or service from Bundlee for resale, client delivery, or commercial use, you are fully responsible for how you market, sell, support, and manage it.

Bundlee is not liable for:

  • your client disputes,

  • your business losses,

Once any Bundlee product or service is sold or shared with your clients, it will be treated as used and non-refundable.

9. Delivery and Activation

Bundlee aims to provide delivery or activation within the stated time wherever applicable. However, timelines may vary depending on:

  • technical issues,

  • manual verification,

  • third-party platform delays,

  • payment confirmation,

  • operational workload.

Any estimated activation or delivery time is only an estimate and not a guaranteed deadline unless explicitly stated otherwise.

10. Service Availability

We strive to keep our services active and functional, but Bundlee does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available service.

There may be downtime, maintenance, updates, server issues, third-party interruptions, temporary access problems, or other technical limitations.

Such interruptions do not automatically qualify for refund, compensation, or damages.

11. Third-Party Platforms and Services

Some Bundlee offerings may involve or depend on third-party platforms, websites, software providers, payment gateways, hosting services, APIs, plugins, or tools.

Bundlee is not responsible for:

  • policy changes by third parties,

  • account restrictions or suspensions by third parties,

  • feature removal,

  • downtime from third-party systems,

  • losses caused by third-party actions.

Your use of third-party services is also subject to their own terms and policies.

12. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, text, materials, systems, digital assets, training content, designs, product structures, and service formats provided by Bundlee remain the property of Bundlee unless clearly stated otherwise.

You may not:

  • modify,

  • sell as your own,

  • distribute,

  • reverse engineer,

  • or misuse any Bundlee-owned material without written permission.
